Because each piece is handmade with care, all sales are final. Due to the delicate and unique nature of ceramics, I’m unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at devereauxoxo@gmail.com . Be sure to include:
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your order number
I’ll do my best to replace the piece or offer a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Yes! Every piece is made with food-safe glazes, so it’s perfect for everyday use—whether you’re sipping tea, serving pasta, or sneaking a midnight cookie. My pottery is meant to be both functional and beautiful, so feel free to fill it up with your favorite treats.
To keep your pottery looking its best, I recommend hand washing when possible—it’s gentler and helps preserve the finish over time. That said, the dishwasher is just fine for most pieces! Just be mindful of delicate handles or detailed painting, which prefer a softer touch.
Avoid sudden temperature changes or extreme heat and cold, as these can cause cracking. And skip the abrasive scrubbers—soft sponges and mild soap are perfect for keeping your piece clean and happy.
At the moment, I’m not able to take custom commissions. However, I’m always working on new designs and love creating pieces that bring joy to everyday life! Keep an eye on my shop for new releases—you might just find something perfect.
